Both models sport similar characteristics and come in a 200, 300 or big 400 size. The Fathom is the top of the line model, and the Squall sits just beneath the Fathom. Some critical distinctions between the two are that the Fathom baitcaster sports handle knob upgrades and an aluminium cranking side plate versus graphite on the Squall Baitcaster reel. Both Fathom and Squall baitcaster models feature high to super-high speeds. Some of the gear ratio's are incredible; up to a blistering 9.2:1 gear ratio (depending on the model you select).
